1. Information We Collect

We only collect the information needed to run the game and your account:

• Account data: username, email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Technical data: IP address, hardware identifier, session and connection logs, used for login, security, anti-fraud and rule enforcement.
• Game data: characters, progress, rankings and in-game activity tied to your account.
• Communication data: in-game chat, whispers and forum/posts — used only for moderation and rule enforcement.
• Moderation & safety: your communications may be analyzed by an automated (AI-assisted) system, and accounts belonging to the same person (linked by hardware or email) may be grouped so the rules are applied consistently. Sanctions are reviewed by staff — see our Code of Conduct.
• Donation data: the payment transaction ID, amount and the payer email returned by the payment provider.

2. Payment Information

We do not collect or store your card or bank details. All payments are processed by our payment providers (PayPal, our card processor and Revolut) on their own secure systems. We only receive a confirmation with the transaction reference needed to credit your CashCoins. Please review the privacy policy of the payment provider you choose.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and operate your account and deliver the game service.
• To process voluntary donations and automatically credit CashCoins.
• To protect the server: security, fraud prevention and rule enforcement — including automated (AI) analysis of conduct and communications to detect abuse and apply sanctions (see our Terms of Service).
• To contact you about your account, donations or important service notices.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, such as your login session and your language preference. We do not use them for advertising or third-party tracking.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information is shared only with our payment providers (to process donations) and when required by law or to protect the Service against fraud or abuse.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and donation records for as long as your account exists and as needed for legal, security and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account (see Section 8).

7. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
